Garfield AI presents at TDN seminar

London, 21 November 2024: Philip Young, co-founder and CEO of Garfield AI, has today presented the company's groundbreaking AI law firm at the Tech Disputes Network's seminar "Harnessing Technology to improve your practice".

The presentation highlighted how Garfield AI is transforming access to justice for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across England and Wales by automating the small claims court process. Young demonstrated how the platform guides users through each step of debt recovery, from creating letters before action to preparing for trial.

Addressing the Small Claims Court Challenge During the seminar, Young explained how Garfield AI solves a critical problem facing UK businesses: the complexity and cost of pursuing unpaid debts through the court system. With billions in unpaid invoices written off annually, many SMEs find traditional legal routes prohibitively expensive or time-consuming for claims under £10,000.
